Westwinds Yachting - Booking and Payment

1. Please read the Terms & Conditions of booking at the bottom of this page.

2. Click on the Booking Form to enter the details of the course or service you require.

When you have completed the form either:

Print it and post it - using the Print Form button at the bottom of the form. Our address is given on the form.
Email it - using the Submit by Email button at the bottom of the form.

3. Choose how to pay your 20% deposit:

by credit card or PayPal account using a secure PayPal payment method (see right)

by cheque (made out to WestWinds Yachting) - please include this with your booking form if sending by post.

by direct bank transfer (please contact us for our bank details)

Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of 20% must be sent with the Booking Form. The deposit is non-refundable. Bookings will be confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. The full amount due must be paid 30 days prior to commencement of the course. In the event of a cancellation this will only be returned if the cancellation is made prior to 30 days pre-course. Or if the berth is re-let.

3. If booking a berth within 30 days of your desired date, the full payment must accompany the booking form.

4. By completing the booking form you are certifying that you are fit to attend a course. If you suffer from giddy spells/angina/epilepsy or any other condition that may affect the conduct of the course you must notify Westwinds prior to commencement. This will not necessarily bar you from attending the course.

5. Westwinds cannot be responsible for days lost due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond their control.

6. If Westwinds have to cancel a course, an alternative date will be offered. If this is not acceptable, a full refund of all monies paid will be made. This does not apply to individual days lost to weather.
